Hospitals are terrific for traumatic care; for acute care. They do a really, really good job in saving lives when it’s a sudden bleeding emergency. Hello,

New to the site today. Not sure what to think of it yet but so far seems resourceful. I have only been a Portland resident for 1 1/2 years. I am a married father with two great kids.I have been weight training since I was 16 years old. I currently hit the gym 5-6 days a week. My main goal is to gain lean mass. I love fitness,sports,and the beach :).
