I'm a 43 year old Mom of two teenage boys -why does this sound like an online dating ad? Anyway, I work hard, don't play enough and haven't gotten used to the fact that I can't eat whatever I want to anymore. I have gained 20 pounds since January so I'm at full red alert stage. Any ideas on dinner that we can eat without scaring the kids, keeping snacks for them in the house and how to keep me on this for more than a week? Thanks!
