Welcome! I really enjoy using the nutrition tracker because you can track all of the nutrients, minerals, calories, etc. in all of your foods! It has been a big help into understanding what I was eating!

Okay, I had a lot of luck tracking my calorie consumption in a spreadsheet. I need something more to get the last 15 lbs off.
