First of all congratulations on the weight loss! You have done remarkably well, with a lot of work put into it. Next, I have seen PT many times this past year because I broke my back last year and was unable to even walk for several months...until after surgery. So, yes I have been given lots of exercises that I can do even though I can't hike like I used to years ago. Oh well, such is life. One day at a time. Thanks for the note and suggestion! Hopefully, one day I too can show a 100# wt loss!!!
Welcome to the team. I live in Sandy/Boring area and I have a little success with weight loss. I am sure you could find some ways to exercise. I have you seen a phyiscal therapist and asked them some things you could do. How about some swimming exercises. Good luck to you!!!

I'm new to SparkPeople and glad to see there is a PDX contingent! I'm shy when I first meet folks...but that only last a short while:-). I live in the Gresham area, but work in NoPo. So the day is long with the commute added to work hours. But I'm sure I'm not the only one in that boat...so no more excuses as to why I can't seem to lose this weight...it is up to me and only me! ~ MB
