Hey all. I am new to the site. A co-worker mentioned it today when we were on our daily walk.
I started a new job about 9 months ago. Going from a very active job to a sit-down job has led me to gain 10lbs. I am not pleased with it. I take daily walks on my breaks, totaling 24-35 minutes/day, about 3-4 days each week. I live about 2 miles from work & have considered riding my bike to/from work, but haven't gotten up the courage to do it.
I have 2 kids, ages 9 & 3. I am 5'4 & weigh 145. Being short makes the extra weight that much more noticable.
I am very excited to start this & hope to be able to follow though!
