I've been an SP member for a few years and have had a number of failed attempts to get a routine going, but it's been over a month and I still seem to be doing okay. So... seemed like a good time to introduce myself, right?
I'm determined to lose 50 lbs in 2009 - one pound per week the whole year (give or take a week or two). So far so good - 8 lbs down, 42 left to go! Am using the SP meal plans (and loving it), and am trying to do cardio 45 minutes 3 times a week and strength training right afterward. I seem to be doing well with nutrition, but I have a hard time keeping up with my exercise goals.
