Welcome back! When I first joined I didn't really get that involved. I played around with some of the tools, but I never realized how little I moved and how many calories I ate! I didn't eat much food at all, but the calories were astronomical!

Here's to making this year an even healthier one!

I, too, joined and left almost right away. But since returning in November, I have found everyone here very helpful and encouraging. I am sure you will find this a most useful place.

I was using this site a few months ago and I suppose lost momentum....but I have regained my determination
