I am trying to do my strength training in the early AM, and usually do my cardio in the late afternoon/early evening. So, I'm not sure if phone calls would work -- but we could certainly set up a topic here for checking in before or after doing workouts. What do you think?
I would love to have a work out buddy but I live and work downtown and need to exercise in the early morning, lunch time or around 3:30. I'd be glad to do some online motivation with you though. I have a good 50 pounds to loose but am trying to take it in small steps so as not to be overwhelmed.

Hi all, I'm not really new to the team but I haven't been active before. I have been on SP for one year and lost approx. 25lbs total; still have 5-10 to go. Is anyone interested in getting together for weight/strength training once or twice a week? Or even remote get-togethers - call and say, time to do your workout! I had a group going but they got tired of driving out to my house in st j's and we couldn't find a central location to meet. I do body weight and some hand weight exercises. Would love to have a workout buddy as I have a heck of a time getting motivated on my own! Thanks!
