I'm not really new to the team but I haven't been active before. I have been on SP for one year and lost approx. 25lbs total; still have 5-10 to go. Is anyone interested in getting together for weight/strength training once or twice a week? Or even remote get-togethers - call and say, time to do your workout! I had a group going but they got tired of driving out to my house in st j's and we couldn't find a central location to meet. I do body weight and some hand weight exercises.
Would love to have a workout buddy as I have a heck of a time getting motivated on my own!
