I suspect that we are (quietly) working our own "personal magic" to achieve our goals. Where once reached, we (or at least me) will shout out load "HA! I MADE IT!!".

I even received needed advice on dealing with "wont walk/shop at grocery store even with a printed list with all items listed on row order" hubby ... and how to get him interested in exercising a tiny bit. (We "run out" of his beer about every three weeks, and not enough gas in the car .. he walks the two blocks to the store ... tee hee).
