Good luck with your goals! 2 lbs a week until November is an aggressive goal. It's a good goal and 2 lbs a week is still considered healthy. I just don't want you to become discouraged down the road and give up. Just stay focused on the goal and keep working at it.
For me SparkPeople helps to constantly remind me that this is not a diet, it's a lifestyle change. Diets only work in the short term. The main goal is to become a healthier person. Weight loss just happens to be a positive side effect :)
