Hi everyone! My name is Kate, I live in SE. My current weight is 235 and a size 20. I have 3 kids, ages 6,2,and 1. They definitely helped put some weight in me! LOL! I do free weights 3x/week and cardio...LOVE Hip-Hop Abs....3x/week. I hope to be down to 165 at some point. Right now my goal is to break 200.
