Hello! I just recently joined SparkPeople so that I could start food journaling again. I am close to my goal weight of 140 lbs (145... started at 180), so right now I'm trying my best to maintain. I've been feeling close to backsliding lately, so I decided to start journaling again.
I'm 32, married, 2 kids, one cat and 5 fish. I go to the gym twice a week to work with a trainer for an hour. I am supposed to be doing additional cardio on the days in between (a bit hit or miss on that LOL). My goal is to add a third day at the gym, but it's been hard to fit it in.
