Indeed, I was surprisingly un-intimidated by the 2 lbs I gained over the holidays. Once I got back into my regular schedule it went back down. I don't really even know for sure if I'll push that hard to lose the last little bit... I am feeling ok with my ability to stay in this calorie range, and I kind of hate to mess with that but we'll see!

Hello! I just recently joined SparkPeople so that I could start food journaling again. I am close to my goal weight of 140 lbs (145... started at 180), so right now I'm trying my best to maintain. I've been feeling close to backsliding lately, so I decided to start journaling again. I'm 32, married, 2 kids, one cat and 5 fish. I go to the gym twice a week to work with a trainer for an hour. I am supposed to be doing additional cardio on the days in between (a bit hit or miss on that LOL). My goal is to add a third day at the gym, but it's been hard to fit it in. I'm glad to be here!
