Motivating others is something I do well...can't say I am very good about getting motivated to do what I need to do to lose weight. I have lost 8 pounds since January 1st, most of it in the first week...finally getting back on track. I cannot walk, but use a Nustep daily now. Pain is my worst enemy, exhaustion next. I need to lose 30 more pounds.
