Greetings, Chiautla, and welcome to Spark! It's amazing, isn't it, how something as simple as tracking food intake can make a world of difference. I agree with your sentiment about being tired of: being tired; being stressed and frustrated; having such low self-esteem that you hurt yourself. But now, thanks to a wonderful doctor and the referral to Spark, you are well on the way to finding new and better tools to change your life and your mindset. To me, that's the hardest thing, to change how you talk to yourself. You have to love who you are NOW, and realize that making small changes will add up to a better, healthier you.
