The best thing is the give-and-take of the team members. We're all here to help each other, whether to celebrate the highs or be a shoulder for the lows. Use the tools that help you, and remember that this is a lifestyle change, not a "diet" (that's a dirty word on this site!). Don't try to change everything all at once; make one change at a time, or as I like to put it, baby steps. It took time to put on the weight, and it'll take time to get it off, but you CAN do it!
Do not think of today's failures, but of the success that may come tomorrow. You will succeed if you persevere: and you will find a joy in overcoming obstacles. Remember, no effort that we make to attain something beautiful is ever lost.
