Brock is a really nice guy. Make sure he gives you a print out of everything you do. Really try and pay attention to technique. It will make a world of difference down the road! Also, tell him what your long and short term goals are. He won't be offended if you tell him you won't be able to work out with him and that you are looking for a good base to get started! Communication is the key here!!
I work out at 24 hour also! I try and hit them on Monday and Wed afternoons. I also go on Thursday and Sunday mornings.
Please don't be intimated by others!! They are going their to work out. They are not judging you!!! I was in your shoes 10 years ago. I hated the idea of going to the gym, but I knew it was the right thing to do.
