I have been on sparkpeople since 2011, one ankle surgery and this year, 2014, a bout with a sprained knee. The sprained knee put me back to exercising less. Now I am forcing myself to get to WOW at least twice a week as well as watch the diet.
Back to 3 fruit, 3 vegetables a day - something is working right!
