Hi - I joined Spark a week ago and joined just after the holidays to get myself back on track and ready for a healthy new year. I always viewed weight loss as the whole number versus small goals and am ready to do this. Twenty years ago I lost close to 100lbs and over the years let go of my healthy habits and slowly but surely almost all of those lbs. came back. I'm ready to do this for the rest of my life.

I'm just outside of Boston on the south shore. Wishing all my fellow Bostonians the best in meeting their goals!

Hello! I live on the North Shore. I moved back recently after being out of state for 11 years. It's good to be home! I joined Spark a year ago, but quickly drifted away. I began being active again in September and have lost 25 pounds. I'm looking forward to being a member of this team!

Good afternoon SparkPeople. I reside a bit north of Boston but thought I would check out this team for some renewed activity. I have been a member of SparkPeople for about three years and have enjoyed some success with the principle of the program. I had lost over 65 pounds but than lately I have had trouble with some gains and put back on about 17 pounds. Started going out to eat again more often and that is where the problem lies.

Been a member of Spark for a while, but actually have decided to use it. Looking to lose a little more than 80 pounds. Would love to find a place to check in as I work towards that goal.
