Good morning ANICARES, welcome to the team! Sometimes I get exercise headaches when I don't hydrate well before starting my work-out. Glad you're feeling better. Belly dancing, huh? Sounds like more fun than Pilates!

Don't forget to log in your work outs and everything you eat. It really helps to keep you accountable and gives you a nice idea of how many calories you burned during your workout.

Wanted to star an exercise routine today, so i joined this community ans made a plan. While doing it i got the worse migraine I've in years. Not a good beginning and it is not helping to strengthen my motivation!!
