You can do this Steve. It starts out with the need to see something needs to change and you have that down. Keep at it one hour/meal/exercise at a time.

Hi, I'm Steve. I'm overweight, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, on all kinds of meds & I love food & drink. I don't want to leave my wife a widow. I don't seem to have the willpower to loose weight on my own. If I don't change something with consumption, I won't live to see 70, in 10 years. I want to live & be healthy but I'm holding myself back. I've never joined anything like this & am not sure what's right or wrong on these boards but I need help please.
