I live in the Cape near the Neighborhood Walmart on Skyline. I would love to find someone to workout with and help keep me accountable. Let's trade recipes, workout, if you have kids that's great as I have a 5 yo daughter. I want to lose at least 60 pounds so I'm at the beginning stages of getting healthy. I hope to hear from someone...seems like there's little action on here...

We are sort of new to spark people and to the Cape area. I would love to find some folks that live in the area and maybe have some get togethers (for workouts or just to help keep us all accountable). We need friends that are losing weight too so we can all work together.

*pokes head up and looks around* Wow, someone really needs to dust around here! I live in central Cape near the midpoint, have a 21 yr old son an 8 yr old daughter, and a 2 month old grandson. (Pssst, I'm HARDLY an old lady, don't let that 'grandma' thing fool you) If you live around town, POST! LOL...the SW Florida Sparkers either don't exist or just aren't very active, I'd love to be sparkbuddies with some locals!

Hi all I'm Mikele - going to be 50 in 2 weeks and I really need to get my body working right so I can enjoy the second half of my life. I'm on disability due to an accident and that certainly hasn't helped my weight problem but there is no point in giving up and no magic pills to make it all go away! So now it's time I take charge. Because of my limited mobility I'm on a low calorie diet spread out over 5 meals. I'm hoping for a little inspiration to go along with the perspiration, can you help me? I ride my stationary bike and I also joined the chair exercise group. My long term goal is to lose enough weight and get strong enough to run. I need to strengthen my body and lose weight so I don't feel alien in my own skin.
