My late-grandmother introduced me to the Tigers radio feeds when I was a child, but it wasn't until I became an adult that I developed an appreciation for the game baseball. I am from Michigan so naturally my team was going to be the Tigers, unfortunately that was 2003 when I started following games and sporting my ball cap with the D. Since then I have caught almost all of the games on the TV or radio, or archived radio feeds at MLB Gameday Audio on the computer, it has become a central focus during the ball season.
I shared that with my grandmother when she was with us, we had Tigers baseball in common and could always talk Tigers. Since 2004 I have been to Comerica at least once per year, some years several times, and last year I was fortunate enough to see my first playoff game there (ALDS).
So "Let's Go Tigers!" every day.
"Swing and a fly-ball, left field, it's deep! The Tigers are going to the World Series!" --2006
