Hi Amy, welcome to the team! I've got a nice bike too that I enjoy riding on the Mountain Bay Trail near our house...lately I've been logging in the miles on my recumbent bike while I watch episodes on Netflix. Normally, I wouldn't indulge in sitting around and watching TV like that, but I justify it with the fact that I'm getting in some physical activity that I normally wouldn't be latest guilty pleasure on Netflix is "Keeping up With the Kardashians"'s so bad its good! Amazing how quickly you can rack up 20 miles on the bike when you're distracted...and I don't have to worry about the weather!

Although, I really should get outside and enjoy the nice weather we've been having the past couple of'll be cold and snowing before we know it!

P.S. Since you're an avid bicyclist, there's another SP team that I joined called "2012 miles in 2012", where you're kind of competing with your other teammates to rack up as many miles as possible through walking, running/jogging and cycling. Check it out!

Hey everyone! My name is Amy and I an on the west side of Green Bay, not too far from the airport. I have been around SP for several years now and am back again to get moving in the right direction!

This past spring I decided that I wanted to get into cycling and my husband bought me a road bike for my birthday! I spent many Saturday mornings rolling across the pavement on the back roads near our house (My favorite morning ride has been out to Seymour and back - gorgeous quiet ride!)

I also just signed up for personal training sessions at the gym so I know I will head in the right direction and just keep moving forward! It is great to be back and look forward to making some new friends here!

WL to date: starting fresh!

No one ever coasted to the top of the mountain!

If you still look pretty after your workout, you didn't work out hard enough!
