Hi, I'm new. I'm a member of Weight Watchers, but I joined Sparkpeople to gain more tools for weight loss (and healthy lifestyle). I lost a bunch of weight in 2005/2006, but started gaining it back in 2009. Also, I feel like my metabolism screeched to a halt when I hit 40 (trying not to make too many excuses for myself, though). I'm trying to shake things up and get the scale moving in the right direction again.
I'm a mom, I work as a project manager in web development, and I give my free time to a dog rescue organization here in Wisconsin. Oh, and I'm a vegetarian (for 22 years now).
