I have been weight training two hours a week for 5 months and love to walk/run interval train........I have gained strength and muscle but want my pants to be so much loser.........I want to be thinner. I think I still eat too much. Although I have given up soda I still like coffee. It is hard living with boys and men who like to eat. I am looking for ways to stay motivated so by summer I can wear shorts comfortably.
