I'm just starting out. I am going to hopefully learn a lot on sparkpeople and also I joined the biggest loser at work. I hope everything helps me. I need to lose about 50-70 pounds way overweight and not happy with myself at all:( I hope everything will help me and keep me motivated!

Welcome! I find that morning workouts are the best. Even though I hate to do it, it feels good to get them out of the way and know that no matter what happens during the day, your exercise will not be pushed aside.
Welcome to the team. I myself can't workout in the Morning, just to hard for me,haha. But when you mentioned that you have two little girls and mentioned you don't have time, it made me think of 10 Minute Trainer. This was my first at home workout that I used while I was in college full time and working. And holy crap did it work me out good. Or hey maybe do you have stairs at home? run up and and down them a lot, hehe. :)
Well..don't do any. LOL About all I can get in on a good day is a Wii workout or a short walk. I have to be to work for 8am and have two little girls to get ready in the mornings. Unless I get up at 4am, I don't get anything in.
To be honest, I'm just trying to get motivated to do something.
What do you do?
