I am very new at Sparkpeople and have been stumbling through, but enjoying every moment of it. I grew up in Green Bay, however just moved back to GB after 35 years. I have been trying to loose weight my whole life and know I need a life style change, not a diet. I feel good about this new beginning. I do have a question. Is there a way you can track or monitor fiber intake? I would appreciate any info. Thanks, Mary
