Hi, I had a good day; I did alot of exercising so that was good but I maxed my calories for the day. Try to do better today.
Check out the Jump into the Spring Boot camp challenge, it will keep you moving 5 days a week. Did you do the jumping Jack challenge under fitness today. 3 set of 10
Good morning Angela, I go through the fitness pages and I pick out the ones I think I can do than I set up a routine for the day and save it on favorites. Have you tried any of the videos some are as short as 4 minutes. I watch them first than if they look do able I do them.
I also do daily challenges from another team, I will share them with this team.
I love to walk with a video I got off u-tube for free, they have all kinds to choose from.
Just by communicating daily encouraging each other help me stay on task.

Hi! I am 38 years old and happily married. I have two wonderful dogs and two fun litlte gerbils. I'm finishing my BA in psychology and own a very small business. I used to be a Skinny Minnie until I hit age 30, and I've been on a yo-yo ever since then. I have a lot of health conditions that make it more difficult to lose weight, but I need to just put all the excuses aside and lose the weight and learn how to keep it off.
I joined SparkPeople to try to get myself to be more accountable for my eating and exercise. I'm looking for any buddy who wants to keep in touch, keep each other accountable and motivate each other. Basically, I'd love to have a 'support' buddy.
My doc said to take a year to lose weight. That's my goal!

I do the Leslie Sansone walking videos. I'm flexible and need some motivation. Like I said I do in-home walking and am trying to get back in the groove of going to the swimming pool and doing water aerobics. I've been lacking motivation this past month. My doc started me on a new med and hoping it perks me up soon!

Hi. I would like a buddy to be accountable to during my weight loss journey. I usually do the Leslie Sansone workouts for either the one mile walk or sometimes I do the 2 mile walk. I also walk around the neighborhood sometimes for twenty to thirty minutes, and I walk on the treadmill for about 30-40 minutes at the gym. I usually work out 5 days a week, so that I can have two days off for rest and relaxation. I usually watch what I eat, and drink my water, and I can help to motivate others to reach their goals, as well. If we work together, we can be able to reach our goals.

Hello, My name is Mel. My current weight: 167. Goal weight: 125 Height: 5'1" I would like to find a person to be accountable to. I want to lose it slowly so, its healthier. I have tried to lose weight earlier about 2 years ago, I had succeed. However, I gained all that weight back and plus some more while studying for my board exam. Workouts: I usually try to go to the gym and work out on the treadmill for 30 mins and the elliptical machine for 30 mins.

Hello, Well think its time for a buddy, someone who is in the same boat as me and is eager to row out of this plateau! I started at 234 and am stuck at 2o7, I went down to 2o3 but thru exmas put on 3 and a half, I followed good all week and went to get weighed in , to my horror gained half a lbs 1/2 aint bad but when it adds up to 4 all together ouch! Hi I have 3 boys and married. Looking for buddies that can keep each other motivated! I started walking and up to 40mins pushing my son's stroller. I also try to walk my 7mo old lab too. Hey yall! So I want to try a buddy system. I have been a member of spark for over a year and I need to try something different! I am going to try and spend more of my time online here on spark. I do not work and am online alot, but not on here enough! I need to get more familiar with this site and how it works..seems confusing for me, which is weird bc I am pretty good with computers and the internet.
My plan is to do Zumba on the move for PS3, and yoga here at home. I also have a small gym where I live. I did have a gym membership, but that is up 8/27/11 and i am not going to renew. I didn't go enough and I wasn't real happy with that place. So I am going to try it at home and see how that goes. I also want to get some weights for here at home. I do have a medicine ball and some stretchy bands.
So if anyone is interesting in teaming up let me know! :)

I think I could be a good buddy to someone, and I think having a buddy would help me a lot.
I am online every day. I exercise at the gym most days, but I am not an exercise freak, it's more like 15 min. of weights and 30 min. of cycling while I read a book. I have a history of fibromyalgia, although I have it under control, so over-exercising is not for me. I watch what I eat, and am pretty good at it, although I still have too much fat a lot of days. I am working on consistency, tracking my food every day and exercising every day.
My interests include riding my Harley, growing tropical plants, recovery, animals and reading.

I'm Sherri. Although it shows I've been a member since Jan, I've only been active in Spark People since July 6. I am on here every day.
Here is my info: Start Weight: 184 Goal Weight: 135 Height: 5'5 Fitness regimen: I try to walk a mile at least 4 times a week. When I started 3 weeks ago, it took 25 minutes for me to walk a mile. This morning, it took 16.
I also ride my bike around the neighborhood. I have a bike trailer I pull my son in. I try to do this 2 times a week at least, but this summer heat is killing me! :)
I use a Gazelle at home if it's too hot to walk/run outside.
I also do strength training MWF - crunches, push-ups, and squats. When I started 3 weeks ago I couldn't even do ONE girlie push-up. Now, I can do 10. Practice, practice, practice! :)
I am not a fitness guru. I'm not a workout queen. I'm just a mom who looked at her summer vacation pictures and said "When did that happen? When did you become the fat girl?" I'm tired of being tired. I'm tired of avoiding the camera. When I reach 165 I can contact my Air Force Recruiter to go into the AF as a Nurse Officer. That's a goal.for me.
So far, I've gone from 184 to 177. I follow the calorie guidelines given to me by SparkPeople and track my exercise. It seems to be working! I would love to have a buddy to chat with and encourage!
