I can relate too. I am a mother of 3 and have not lost he baby weight after any of my kids. Through the last two i gained 100 pounds and never lost it. Recently i started spark and have lost around 20 pounds so far. I have added more vegetables and fruit and more complex carbs. But pretty much eat the same way. Oh i get unsalted butter. As melissa said just keep track of your food, do some exercise every day and it will get easier. Good luck and we are all here for you.

My best recommendation is to set up a SparkPage and connect with other Sparkers. As a Mom who carried her pregnancy weight for 12 years after my oldest was born, I can totally relate to how you are feeling. You need to surround yourself with positive supporters who can encourage you along the way. If you are looking for a quick "fix" to the problem, I don't think you will find one. It takes hard work and effort to lose what it took years to put on. The good news is that IT IS TOTALLY WORTH IT! Not only will you feel sexy again, but you will feel energized and healthy. You will have the energy to chase your little ones around and they will love it. All you have to do is take the first step. Set up your page and spend some time learning how to use the nutrition tracker. Once you do that, add 10 minutes of physical activity to your day until that becomes habit. The cool thing is that that 10 minutes a day will jump start your metabolism and you will begin to want to exercise even more. You can do this, Sandy. Do it for you, not for the kids and the hubby. YOU are worth the effort.
