emoticon I agree with our teammate! Log everything in the nutrition tracker. It's cumbersome at first. However, once you have all of your favorites saved, it will become a much faster process. Also, don't forget to get moving. Aim for at least 10 minutes of fitness each day until it becomes a habit.

My #1 tip is log everything!! Figure out where your calories, fat, protein, and carbs should be and stay in that range. It's just as damaging to go under as it is to go over.
