I actually work out at home.
I did spend about $20 on a set of resistance bands at Target, and it was definitely worth it for strength training. There are a lot of resistance band exercises that Coach Nicole has demonstrated on the website, and they have made a HUGE difference in my workout. I also do some body weight exercises that require NO equipment whatsoever.
For cardio, I use Spotify (free...just had to listen to an occasional commercial, no big whoop), and just dance around my living room. I figure that at 5 AM, no one is paying attention to what I do in my apartment, so who cares?
Not sure what to do about the hubby though, since I'm happily relationship-free as well as childfree. However, there are at least a couple suggestions to cover cardio and strength training without having to go to a gym.
