But I have to agree as to the foundations you have for the specific amount of weight? No one really has a magic number to lose, or a specific weight to be. Muscle and fat do not weigh the same and the focus here is more about being healthy and making good, healthy choices. Can you tell us what your current cardio and strength training routines are? How is your food intake? Are you making healthy food choices? Please elaborate, and we will do our best to help you out in any way we can.

I did spend about $20 on a set of resistance bands at Target, and it was definitely worth it for strength training. There are a lot of resistance band exercises that Coach Nicole has demonstrated on the website, and they have made a HUGE difference in my workout. I also do some body weight exercises that require NO equipment whatsoever.
For cardio, I use Spotify (free...just had to listen to an occasional commercial, no big whoop), and just dance around my living room. I figure that at 5 AM, no one is paying attention to what I do in my apartment, so who cares?
Not sure what to do about the hubby though, since I'm happily relationship-free as well as childfree. However, there are at least a couple suggestions to cover cardio and strength training without having to go to a gym.
