Welcome Darcie! The weekends are certainly more difficult for me as well. I try to tell myself that weight loss is a day by day decision. Try not to think about what may or may not happen on the weekends, just deal with today. When "today" happens to be the weekend, try telling yourself that today you are going to make healthier choices.
Good luck in your weight loss endeavor!

Darcie, so glad to have you on the team. You can do this. I know how weekends can be harder because we usually don't have the structure to them that we do the rest of the week. Just watch portion on weekends and get out to exercise at least one day. As you get into a routine it'll get easier.

Hi my name is Darcie I have 69 lbs. to lose and can use all the support I can get. This is my second week of being in SP. Have been a member for awhile but only dropped in every now and then. Doing good at coming in during the week the weekend is different. Have a goal to lose 20-25 pounds by mid April for my birthday.
