Katie! So glad you joined this team. I am up for any kind of activities especially now that it is getting so much nicer outside. I am free most weekends where I would be able to leave DH with my kiddos to escape for awhile.

Hi, my name is Katie and I am new to spark people. I am 24 and would like to loose 45 pounds give or take. I am currently at 173 and not in that great of shape :-( I have a membership to Miramont lifestyle fitness and am looking for a work out buddy or two. As the weather is getting nicer I would also like to get out and be active outside (hike up to horse-tooth or a game of ultimate Frisbee, etc). Would anyone like to be my workout buddy?
