It might be easier if you decide on your own what fitness goals you want to set. This site has tools for tracking just about anything you'd like. Then, once you've thought about your goals, start searching specifically for tools for them. It'll keep you from getting so much information overload.
Good Morning 2-15-53! and welcome to Spark People. Don't let the wealth of information overwhelm you. Take it in little bites, one step after another. Etch page has some sort of explanation. Most say, "How to use this page." Just take it one page at a time and don't try to take it all in at once. Start with your biggest concern. Is it nutrition, or maybe fitness. As you use each page, day by day you will get more and more comfortable. I apologize for the delay getting back to you. I am new at this co-leader stuff and am trying to get my feet on the ground also. Let us know how you are doing and welcome to the Fort Collins Team!

I've come to SparkPeople several times, and am baffled by so much information. I tried to find a newbie tour of some kind, but didn't. One day I found a group I'd like to join, but couldn't find it the next time I came back. This site is sensory overload to me. Every time I come I figure I'll get it. This is the busiest looking website ever. Way too much information on every page. Can someone tell me where to find a newbie tutorial?
