Hi Bonnie,

Take your time getting used to I highly recommend you login every day and read some articles and work on your sparkpoints. If you start from the "View Sparkpoints" page that can lead you to all sorts of valuable content.

I like browsing the Success Stories. It is amazing what some people have done. Last week I was reading about a guy who finally decided to ask for help when he weighed 800 lbs! His early cardio was trying to walk 100 yards a day. I look at that and say, "If he can do 100 yards a day, what is stopping me from doing a few miles?"

Just don't quit. Take baby steps if you need too, but keep taking steps! You can do it.

Welcome Bonnie! I'm pretty new to the site too. It's been really helpful so far. I like how you can put in the food you ate for the day and it totals the calories and fat. I really don't have much time to frequent the message boards but wanted to say "hi". Are you in Fort Collins? I work in Fort Collins but live in Wellington.

Take care,

This is like the weirdest thing I've ever done, but I read the book "Spark" and figured this might be my last shot at losing weight; it's either this or surgery which I've really been resisting. The website seems pretty confusing, so I sure am glad I read the book first.

In my real life I'm an accountant for a large private company, but I'd truly like to be a nature photographer or painter. I've gotten so heavy I'm having trouble doing those things so.

This is feeling like my last shot.....
