Take your time getting used to Sparkle.com. I highly recommend you login every day and read some articles and work on your sparkpoints. If you start from the "View Sparkpoints" page that can lead you to all sorts of valuable content.
I like browsing the Success Stories. It is amazing what some people have done. Last week I was reading about a guy who finally decided to ask for help when he weighed 800 lbs! His early cardio was trying to walk 100 yards a day. I look at that and say, "If he can do 100 yards a day, what is stopping me from doing a few miles?"
Just don't quit. Take baby steps if you need too, but keep taking steps! You can do it.
