I joined SP about a year ago, then slacked off and gained all the weight back. I'm a 44 yo SAHM going through a lot of transitions. Decided to take control of the things I can. I want to lose 40 lbs and tone my body. Last week I began a training routine. I work out at the Pulse in the mornings and try to do yoga at home in the evenings. Right now I'm focusing on the exercise/fitness part of it, I know that if I stick with it I'll slide back into better eating habits. Look forward to getting to know new people on the same journey.
