this is my second day, and i have to be honest, i don't have a scale in my house. i need to remedy that soon... when i was in high school i was so busy with band and drumline and my horse that i had to eat almost 3000 calories a day just to keep up. unfortunatly now in my second year of college, i have none of that. my boyfriend and i have been going to the gym 3-4 times a week for the past couple months, but i'm not seeing any results. i think the issue is that i still have my old eating habits and not enough activity to balance it out anymore. i just need a little push to get me eating right.
