Yes, it does get boring but they feel oh so good afterwards. Do you have all the Slim in 6 DVDs, it does change a little with the rest of them.

Welcome! I'm doing Slim in 6 but kind of my own schedule as I find I do better when I mix in other workouts. Right now, for back issues, I'm still doing Ramp it Up. Love this set.

I completed this program 2 years ago, and had great results.
In the last year I have put back on all the weight and then some, so I am back.
I started with Ramp it up on Monday and have done every day since then.
Hope to find some buddies to help me through this program, it does get boring, but I know that it transforms my body!
