Welcome Scootsabout!

I am mostly working out at home but I also have a membership to Gold's on Foothills ~ just started back with a trainer for a few months to keep myself motivated and accountable. I look forward to taking some classes when I get my lungs in better conditioning.

Wonderful that you are doing so well.. I am with CalFit in Citrus Heights and Roseville.
If you wish to keep in touch there are a few stalwarts who try to have meet ups at Maidu.

Just joined this team. Somehow had missed it until now. Glad to have found it.
I've been working at eating healthier and exercising now for about 18 months.
I go to East Wind Yoga on Riverside and Tru Fitness on Pleasant Grove.
Anyone else out there use these places?
