Hi! I'm new to the group and fairly new to the area. I have about 25 pounds left to lose and
I am having a hard time, I can't seem to lose more than a pound a week! My diet is spot on 99% of the time and I kick butt in the exercise department, I do my elliptical machine 2 times a day for about 30 min each on a 7-10 resistance setting. Plus I swim a lot, walk and am just generally more active.

I have literally no friends here yet and would love to participate in get togethers or find a fitness partner :) I look forward to getting to know you all :)
