I am 52, female working as a nurse. I have lost about 25 pounds and have been stuck for the last 3 months. I workout on a regular basis, spin, strength classes and also walk my dog everyday (3 miles) the scale does not move! I have incorporated juicing into my diet to get more veggies which are a hard one for me. I eat enough fruit and protein. I am hoping that this support group and website will help out. I have also purchased a bike and want to go on bike rides, would love to find a group to join for this. I am looking forward to hearing from others that are also struggling with losing weight. I still have another 25 pounds to reach my goal. I live in the Roseville area and work in the Folsom area. Any suggestions would be helpful
