Good luck and just take it one day at a time! Don't get discouraged if you fall of the wagon one day...just regroup the next day. Give yourself small goals. It will make it easier than focusing on the ultimate end goal. :)
And what I've learned from my trainer, don't focus too much on the pounds, but your body fat percentage. Muscle weighs more...so you can end up lean and tone and weigh higher than you might expect. That was a big wake up call for me because we all secretly have a magic number we want to be at.
