I have tried many times to lose weight and keep it off, but have been unsuccessful to date. At one time I weighed in at 378 pounds (I am a 5'5" female). My weight currently is 285. I've been using weight watchers, and that seems helpful in controlling my food choices and behavior.
Would like to commiserate with others who are also on their final journey...what are your specific challenges? Your biggest successes?
