It has been brought to my attention that some of you may not know that your page does not allow us to send you goodies and comments & encouragement. Here you will find how to set up your page, how to set up your weight loss ticker, and how to add a signature to your posts.
SETTING UP YOUR TICKER:
When you are on your spark page, click 'Edit My SparkPage' on the top right.
Scroll down passed your Spark Teams and check the box
'Yes! Show Weight Loss Ticker'
Then choose if you want to show your actual beginning weight and current weight, or if you just want to show pounds lost.
Choose Ticker Icon
Choose Ticker Background and go back up to the top right and choose save changes.
I personally think it's better to start with smaller goals so you can actually see the ticker move...
Also, if you would like to create your own virtual model, click the link below. You can make one at your present and goal weight, it's pretty fun!

3) scroll down, there is a box on the right (right above your profile picture) for your signature.
4) Scroll back up to save your changes.
SETTING UP YOUR PAGE:
1. Go to your SparkPage
2. Click Edit My SparkPage (it's on the right side near the top)
3. You should see these options on the right:
-Only allow my SparkFriends to see my page
-Turn my page offline *** Make sure this is NOT checked**
-Link to my recent message board posts
-Allow comments on my page (you have ability to delete)
-Email me when I receive a comment (on my page, a photo, or blog), SparkGoodie or Trophy
-Show My SparkFavorites on my page
-Share My Food Tracker
-Share My Fitness Tracker
-Show My Activity Feed on my page
-Show I Read The Spark icon
I personally leave the first 2 unchecked and check the next 7. I have not bought the book so I don't have the last one checked either.
Remember to click on the button that says "save your changes"
