I am 5' 9" and would like to meet you all and see how your weightloss is going. I have finally left the 16 size and slipping into the 14's. Still wear the 16 around the house but much too baggy to wear out! Hope your weightloss is going well. Would love to hear how much you have lost and how. What is your goal? And what type of exercise you do.
How much and how-- have lost 18.5 pounds in 3 years (I know, but I'm patient!) I have been cooking healthy, not eating out as much as I did, and exercise every single day. Also, when I'm full, I'm done!
Goal -- to be below a 25 bmi and be healthy
Exercise-- I walk, mostly. But also workout on the recumbent bike, total gym and elliptical trainer.
