Recently , I get to know about Sparkpeople through some article. And here I am. I just started my journey to adopt a healthy lifestyle. I am an Indian so it is really hard to control on oily and sweet food. I inherit cravings to sweet food. Not that I am worried for my weight as I am under weight. But I need to gain weight on right way. I am gaining it on my belly which is no one's favorite.. I am looking for some help and inspiration from you people to get back in right shape in healthy way. I would love to hear some suggestions and inspirational ideas to reach my goal of being healthy than staying 'CareLess' one. I am glad I joined this Group.
