I made up this program for myself a few months ago and when I work it-I LOSE!
So for 2013:
Here is my "SPECIAL OPERATION PUSH FOR SUCCESS!" (Special OPS)
I WILL log all my meals and snacks.
I WILL weigh myself only weekly instead of twice a day.
I WILL exercise at least three times a week either on my bike or walking 30-60 minutes.
I WILL journal my feelings and thoughts about working the plan.
I WILL make myself accountable by keeping friends updated on my progress or lack thereof.
I WILL plan my meals before I'm starving. I will create a meal plan that lets me have two nutritious snacks a day.
I WILL get back up to 25-30 grams of fiber a day because that is the level that I where I lose weight best.
SO---That is it. No huge ideas, no impossible goals, just a modest plan that I think I can make work. I'll lose weight; no weekly or monthly goal - my goal is just weight loss and good health. I think my plan fits with TOPS standards.
I WILL make KOPS this year!!
