Hi Chris! I can relate to your being in a rut... it happens to all of us. Unfortunately I'm not on here very much any more... just too busy, don't have the computer time that I used to. I wanted to suggest that you try some of the other message boards, ones that are more active.

I don't want you to feel like no one on SP cares - lots of people do! And there are many many forums where you can find some support. Good luck!

I rejoined WW in May of this year and have lost 22 pounds, at least another 25 to go. I have paid for the next 17 weeks that will last me until 1/13/13, but am now feeling like I am in a rut. I am just looking for positive up lifting reinforcement. I have been on spark for a little while, but don't use it enough.
