Hi all. Signed up a little over a week ago and am really trying to get myself motivated to lose those pesky pounds I put on over the last few years. This desk job is killing me slowly! I want to lose 40-45 pounds. I'm working on changing my eating habits. I'm not a snacker, and I generally eat pretty healthy stuff, I've just been dining out way too much for my own good. After a long day at the office I am finding it hard to make the time to squeeze in some physical activity. Knowing my problem is half the battle......right? Oh yeah...my name is Deb. I'm 47 retired Navy and have a grown son and a 6 year old grandson.

Hi everyone! My name is Elaina, I'm 33, married and have three great kids. I signed up with Sparkpeople over the weekend. There is so much on this site I have to admit I'm a little confused,lol.
