First of all, welcome! Second, good luck! Spark is really a great tool in weight loss. It really has allowed me to be successful in weightloss for the first time ever! (Not that I am anywhere near where I need to be, but I lost more than ten pounds and didn't kill myself to do it, only to gain back the weight immediately!) If you want some help, the things I reccommend are to stay active on the site. Take advantage of the tools available. The food tracker is really awesome. Pay attention to the guidlines and keep your levels in the suggested zones. Use the fitness tracker and/or the suggested workouts. If you need moral support post and respond to blogs until you find someone you click with. Get to know those people and cheer each other on. The biggest "little thing" I have found is drinking the eight cups of water. It is amazing how it helps your body! Last, don't let yourself be discouraged easily. Whether you have a rough start, or start strong and hit a snag, keep going! Even if you can't keep the scale moving down, every effort you're making is going to make you healthier and make loss a possibility. If you aren't trying you'll never loose anything.
